Simone Hylton-Chambers

Simone Hylton-Chambers, Executive, Corporate Strategy, JN Group, was seconded to JN General Insurance in June 2022.  She brings a wealth of knowledge to the company having over 20 years of experience in Corporate and Strategic Planning in the financial services industry.

Mrs Hylton-Chambers joined the Jamaica National Building Society in 2001 as Business Analyst in the then Corporate Planning and Special Projects Department.  In 2011, she was promoted to Senior Manager and was subsequently appointed Executive, Corporate & Strategic Planning, JN Group in 2016.

She holds an MBA in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management Studies and Economics (Hons) both from The University of the West Indies.  She also holds certificates in Strategic Intuition from Columbia Business School and in Data Science for Business from Harvard Business School.
